General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting
Thursday 11th June 2026
Commencing with the GM at 1930hrs.
To be held in the Function Room, The Castle Inn, Manse Road, Dirleton
The EGM will follow (approx 2030hrs)
ALL Welcome to both meetings
The GM is the normal bi-monthly open meeting, to which all are welcome.
The EGM meeting has been called to vote on a proposal to utilise the remaining part of the Molly Ritchie bequest to support the project to demolish the old village hall and site storage units on the land for the benefit of the community.

The Trustees of the DCA have voted to allow any person (aged 16 years and over) who resides in the DCA community area to participate in this EGM vote.
If you are unsure whether your residence is within the DCA Community area then please check your postcode in the “DCA Community Area” document below.
